Weststar uses Appfolio, which is the best property management software on the market. Appfolio helps us track every penny that runs through the property. We send out monthly reports around the 15th of each month and we can set up access to your property so that you can see any detail at any time. We pay all property invoices, mortgages, taxes, insurance, etc.

Construction Management

Weststar has a General Contractor’s license so we can do and oversee any type of construction that your property might need. We have techs who know how to rehab units, fix exteriors, redo landscape, and just about any other job you could need. We can take a unit down to the studs or we can do a simple redo. Your choice.


Tenants can easily submit maintenance requests through our website. Because we have techs, we can take care of most maintenance issues quickly and cost effectively. We always have techs on call and we have a variety of vendors who can help at a moment’s notice.
